What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop/Warehouse/Yard Manager* Foundation Repair and Waterproofing Company position at Calculus Foundation Repair and Waterproofing?
Fast growing foundation repair and waterproofing company is looking for an organized and energetic person to take control of the warehouse/shop/yard to facilitate smooth daily operations by the production/install team.
Main job duties would be:
-Inventory control (this is a must, you must be able to be organized)
-Small equipment/tool repair
-Minor welding
-Forklift operation
-Organization of building/yard
-Keeping dump trailers empty and ready for use
-Delivery of machines to job sites if needed
-Run parts to crews if necessary
-Getting broken equipment to repair facilities
This is a great position for someone that is handy and versatile. Being able to pull a trailer, work on equipment, communicate about inventory with the production manager, and help launch crews in the morning would be an ideal candidate. Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
