Overview
Calculus Foundation Repair and Waterproofing is looking for our next foreman to lead a crew. We are one of the fastest growing companies in the Metro Detroit area. We have a strong emphasis on employee retention, customer satisfaction, and rapid growth in the market.
We are looking for multiple positions:
OPERATOR-
Must have experience running mini-excavators (cat 305, bobcat e35i, kubota U17)
Must have experience running skidsteers and mini-skidsteers
Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pull a trailer
Experience performing exterior waterproofing and helical pier installation a major plus.
Must be a leader and understand customer satisfaction and 5 star service
OTHER POSITIONS NEEDED:
Interior waterproofing and crawl space crew members needed as well.
Internal waterproofing, metal I-beam wall bracing installation, crawl space waterproofing and encapsulation.
Hard work ethic, show up to work on time, team player, willingness to learn new skills and eventually become a crew leader.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
