About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for handling legal demand requests related to customer accounts, ensuring accurate documentation is gathered, tracked, and delivered in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming legal demand requests for account information
- Pull, compile, and validate requested documentation
- Maintain and update a central tracking system to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Partner with internal teams and legal contacts to fulfill requests
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure all work is completed with a high level of accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and reporting tools)
- Experience pulling, reviewing, and organizing data or reports
Preferred Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in consumer lending, banking, or financial services
- (including origination, servicing, or credit)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a deadline-driven or compliance-focused environment
