Fence Sales Representative – CalCoast Fencing
CalCoast Fencing is seeking experienced and motivated Sales Representatives to perform in-home fence estimates, specializing in vinyl and aluminum fencing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners through pre-scheduled appointments
- Conduct on-site measurements and provide accurate estimates
- Recommend suitable fencing products based on customer needs
- Close sales during appointments
- Perform timely follow-ups with potential clients to secure deals and maintain relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience (home improvement industry preferred)
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent closing and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation:
- Commission-based pay (10% per deal)
- Earning potential of $8,000–$20,000 per month
