CalCo Design & Renovation is a high-end bathroom remodeling company located in the heart of Lancaster City. We are in a true high-growth mode and have been highly successful in a short period of time. In the last nineteen months we have grown from fifteen employees to over fifty. As we are continuing to exceed monthly sales targets, we are needing to grow each department within the company. We are looking for multiple Inside Sales Representatives to join our Contact Center Team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that will ultimately achieve a National foot print. The successful candidates will have the opportunity for personal growth and career development within the organization.
Summary
The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with multiple lead aggregators in calling, qualifying, and setting appointments for our in-home sales team
- Act as a subject matter expert in bathroom design and remodeling
- Work closely with Sales Manager and Sales representative’s through out sales cycle
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of inside sales experience in a bathroom remodeling or in-home services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
