Job Summary:
Calcmatics is seeking a Services and Programs Specialist to support a DOJ Quality Assurance Review by evaluating detainee access to required programs and services in compliance with U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) detention standards, policies, and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate availability and delivery of detainee services (recreation, legal access, religious services)
- Review program documentation and participation records
- Assess compliance with detainee rights and access requirements
- Identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Provide detailed programmatic findings for the QAR report
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in detainee services, correctional programming, or institutional oversight
- Knowledge of detainee rights and service standards
- Strong evaluation and reporting capabilities
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $6, $6,500.00 per month
