Job Summary:
Calcmatics is seeking a Health Care Specialist to support a DOJ Quality Assurance Review by evaluating detainees medical, mental health, and wellness services for compliance with U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) detention standards, policies, and contractual requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical care policies, procedures, and service delivery practices
- Assess intake screening, chronic care, medication administration, and emergency response processes
- Evaluate medical staffing qualifications, credentialing, and documentation
- Identify compliance gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed health care findings for the QAR report
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in correctional or institutional health care oversight
- Knowledge of detainee health care standards and compliance frameworks
- Ability to assess medical documentation and operational workflows
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Pay: $6,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
