What are the responsibilities and job description for the College Programs Consultant position at Calcasieu Parish School Board?

A valid Louisiana teaching certificate, a master's degree and a minimum of five years of successful teaching. A working knowledge of high school student and class scheduling and recruiting is preferred. A strong knowledge of all graduation pathways is necessary. Applicant must also have a strong working knowledge of computers and general technology including database management. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with both secondary and post-secondary staff, school officials and employees, state and federal agencies and the general public, as well as the students that attend these programs. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public.
