This role supports enterprise identity and access governance efforts through data analysis, process optimization, and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will help strengthen access management controls, improve operational efficiency, and support regulatory compliance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and administer access review and validation activities to help maintain appropriate system permissions and governance controls.
Review user entitlement and identity-related data to identify inconsistencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Design and implement automation solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance operational effectiveness.
Partner with business units, technology teams, and compliance stakeholders to support access management initiatives.
Provide guidance on governance processes, user access management practices, and related system capabilities.
Assist in maintaining and improving access control standards aligned with organizational security and compliance requirements.
Present findings, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Serve as a resource for operational decision-making, process improvement efforts, and risk mitigation activities.
