Position:Sr. Business Analyst

Pay Rate:$43.50 per hour (W2 only)
HYBRID: Must work ONSITE 3 days per week (Local Candidates ONLY)
Sr. Business Analyst with excellent communication & articulation skills with the ability to:
• Facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders
• Influence and guide conversations toward outcomes
• Communicate information quickly and effectively
• Fast learner with the ability to ramp up on new business and technical content
AI utilization:
• Actively leveraging AI tools for day-to-day tasks
• Collaborating with teams to identify effective AI-driven efficiencies
Domain & Technical Experience:
• Fraud Applications Experience (Highly Preferred)
• Supporting fraud-related applications in the network
• Exposure to packing, shipment tracking, and logistics workflows
Agile Experience (Required):
• Experience working in Agile environments
Avio / ADIO:
• Hands-on usage for capturing and managing user stories
• Tool usage knowledge is sufficient (deep configuration experience not required)
