You will be the centralized architect for our global website initiatives, partnering with regional marketing teams to translate strategy into execution. By leading cross functional steering committees and managing complex, multi country programs, you ll ensure that digital work aligns with overarching business and marketing goals. Your influence will drive continuous improvement, innovation, and measurable impact across the organization.

- - Responsibilities:- -

• Lead strategy and execution of global web initiatives, working closely with regional marketing teams to align priorities.
• Architect creative technical solutions in partnership with strategy drivers, validating with design, copy, dev, and PM teams.
• Chair senior steering committees (product, brand, technology, content) to keep digital work on target.
• Maintain systems to track, manage, and report on digital initiatives, ensuring visibility and timely delivery of regional and global web requests.
• Manage program delivery for strategic marketing initiatives, including transformations, integrations, and acquisitions.
• Facilitate cross functional conversations to define ownership, clarify responsibilities, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.

- - Ideal Candidates Will Have:- -

• 10 years of digital program management experience in a Fortune 500 environment across multiple countries.
• 7 years of go to market campaign planning, ensuring web pages align with sales/marketing channels.
• 5 years of managing complex, cross functional initiatives with competing priorities and global stakeholders.
• 5 years of experience with CMS platforms (Adobe, Sitecore) and SEO driven content prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of ADA/WCAG 2.0 standards for global websites.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage website mergers and consolidations.
