Summary:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for entry level requisitions including escorting on-site interviews
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates
- Post job openings across various platforms and monitor applications
- Assist with ongoing and new and ad hoc HR projects, focusing on benefits, compensation, training, and HRIS.
- Enter data and perform audits in the HRIS system.
- Serve as the primary contact for other Calamos interns, addressing questions and distributing relevant information.
- Help coordinate events for the internship program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled (as a rising junior or senior) in a Bachelor’s degree or MBA program.
- Demonstrated challenging curriculum with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
