Position Overview
Calamigos Guest Ranch is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Front Desk Agent and relief Night Auditor to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations at the Front Desk in the evenings and overnight, balancing our financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced yet also serene environment. Often as the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing warm, professional, and efficient service, while setting the tone for the Calamigos' experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Greet guests and members with a warm welcome and a cheerful attitude.
-Assist with check-in/check-out process, reservations, and special requests.
-Provide guests and members with information about the property, unique amenities, and information about local attractions.
-Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service.
-Process payments, and handling billing inquiries.
-Maintain a polished lobby that reflects the high standards of Calamigos Guest Ranch.
-Will be responsible for covering overnight shifts when the primary Night Auditor is off or on vacation.
-Typically works a minimum of x2 overnight shifts, and up to x3 evening shifts per week.

Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (experience with Opera Cloud, Alice, Microsoft Office, Toast, and similar systems is a plus).
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
