We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Home Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to promote and sell our products and services, primarily focusing on outside sales, business development, and account management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in in-home sales, specifically one-day bath, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling or sunroom sales, as well as customer relationship management (CRM) software. Though experience in our offerings is a plus, it is not required. We will train the right candidate.
As an In-Home Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence through outstanding customer communication, product demonstrations, and effective negotiation skills. This position offers an exciting opportunity for professional growth within a fast-paced sales environment.
*The training period for this role will take place at our Wilmington, DE location.
Pay for an employee sales representative: Up to $250,000.00 per year - 100% commission

Qualifications of the Sales Representatives:
- Outstanding communication & organization skills.
- Must possess proficient computer skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Must submit and pass background check and drug screen.
- Good driving record.
