ACCOUNTANT / BOOKKEEPER – FULL TIME
Location: Cortland, NY | Some Remote Work Available
We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our busy Cortland office. This is a full-time position in a professional but casual work environment with some flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required
- MUST have QuickBooks Online experience
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- General ledger entries and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records for multiple businesses/entities
- Assist with payroll and payroll-related accounting
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end accounting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy office
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
Compensation & Schedule
Full-Time Position
