We are currently seeking to hire 3 reliable, energetic, and caring professionals to join our teaching team as a Lead Teacher!
Lead teachers are responsible for planning and executing daily curriculum activities based on Wings Curriculum, aligning with Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS). Teachers will engage with parents daily, model age-appropriate social skills and problem-solving, and create an environment that fosters child-led learning and development. Candidates must be comfortable working with toddlers ages 2-3years old. BILINGUAL REQUIRED
C. Alexander Learning Academy operates between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in childcare.
- Passion for early childhood education.
- BILINGUAL
- Willing and able to complete a federal background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CDA (Child Development Associate) or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and educational growth.
