Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, personalized service to all guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Develop and execute upselling strategies to drive sales and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with floor leads and the Bar Manager to maintain smooth and consistent service.
- Assist with section assignments and daily floor setup to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, interacting with guests and supporting the team.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Previous experience as a Server in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
