We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. Duties
- Perform roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various roofing tasks.
- Assist in concrete forming, masonry work, and other construction-related tasks as needed.
- Engage in carpentry duties including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing.
- Lift heavy materials and equipment as necessary to complete roofing jobs safely.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing including composition,tile, and metal roofs- torch down experience a plus.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
- Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in concrete forming, masonry work, welding, or other related trades is a plus.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to tasks.
