Title Assistant Position (Full Time)
Local title and escrow company is expanding and is looking for an individual to assist in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Since 1962 Cal-Sierra Title has been a central part to the title and escrow industry in Plumas County. We are looking for ambitious, passionate, and fun individuals to join our team. Based out of Quincy with additional locations in Chester and Graeagle, we provide numerous opportunities within the community to work.
Looking for a professional, reliable, driven, and organized person who is looking to start or continue a position in the title/escrow profession. The right individual will be provided opportunities for growth and additional responsibilities over time. Minimum of two years administrative experience desired.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Prepares preliminary reports based on examination and research of land records
- Answering phones with multiple lines
- Data entry for policies, write-ups, and additional title information
- General office administration (copying, filing, and preparing, etc.)
- Organizing files and workload for the Title team
- Communicates with internal and external groups
- Responds to inquiries and gather information regarding the title process
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Wages & Benefits:
Salary is $18.00 -$ 20.00 per hour depending on experience. After the introductory period, full time employees are provided with insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Work hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
