What are the responsibilities and job description for the Subway Assistant Manager In Training/4508 North Big Spring/Loop position at CAL'S CONVENIENCE, INC.?
Responsible for assisting management with overall Subway restaurant conditions and operations, in order to maximize customer experience and store profitability. Fosters a coaching environment where employees want to excel and are recognized for their achievements. The Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally scheduled to work separate shifts/days from the Restaurant Manager, with the exception of a day in the week. Manages the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, and is expected to defer and refer to the Restaurant and/or Gen/Store Manager or Area Manager in matters of significance. This is an hourly, non- exempt position generally 40 hours a week.
