We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events).
- Create engaging content for blogs and social media.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns through Google and Facebook and monitor ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Coordinate and attend tradeshows and other public events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, or similar), HubSpot experience a plus.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $80,000 annually based upon experience

- Location: Work from our corporate office in Shingle Springs.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
