We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales activities, and building strong relationships with business clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
    • Manage inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Sales Execution:
    • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
    • Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes.
    • Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals effectively.
  • Account Management:
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication.
  • Pipeline & Reporting:
    • Manage CRM data accurately and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, HubSpot is a plus, and sales automation platforms.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly base: $25.00/hr commissions, Estimated annual earnings at target performance: $80,000.

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Location: Work from our corporate office in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (5-day workweek with some flexibility).
