What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Experience Coordinator position at Cal-Mil?
At Cal-Mil, we believe great customer experiences matter just as much as great products. We’re looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a collaborative team environment. You’ll work closely with our Director of Customer Experience and play a key role in supporting customers with order updates, tracking information, and general account support. Most importantly, this role comes with plenty of room for growth as you develop within our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist customers with questions, requests, and general support needs
- Provide order status updates and tracking information
- Share basic product information and help guide customers to the right solutions
- Process return merchandise authorizations (RMAs)
- Help maintain and improve internal product and process knowledge
- Support the Customer Experience team in creating smooth, positive interactions for our customers
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Someone who enjoys helping people and building relationships
Bonus Points
- Spanish-speaking abilities are a big plus, but not required
