ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cares for laying hens, checks feed and water going to laying hens, watches production of laying hens, checks air flow, keeps waterers in good condition, culls nonproductive chickens, maintains pest and rodent control program, performs house sanitation and any other duties that may be assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feet; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop or kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. There are no special vision requirements.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
