Position Overview:
As an Assistant Manager, you will support store leadership in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, assisting customers, and ensuring the shop runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily store operations
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Help with buying, selling, and loan transactions
- Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and security standards
- Handle cash, inventory, and basic reporting tasks
- Step in as manager on duty when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
