Overview
The candidate will have 3 to 7 years of IT experience. The IT Support Analyst is an IT professional responsible for the installation/configuration, support, and routine maintenance of Cajun’s computer network.
Responsibilities

- Assist Cajun employees/users via phone and in person with various IT support items, including desktops, laptops, printers, smartphones, iPads
- Some occasional travel required (3 to 10 times a year)
- Support both custom and common user software; construction and engineering software experience is a plus
- Ensure proper support documentation
- Assist in managing both physical and virtual servers
- Basic IP networking
- Manage Users in Active Directory
- Stay abreast of new technologies
Requirements:
- 3-7 years’ experience in IT, primarily in support/systems/networking.
- Microsoft Windows experience.
Experience in these areas:
- Active Directory Management
- PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Basic networking
- User support
- Printer installs
- Physical hardware installs
- Light database skills a plus
- Light scripting skills a plus
Job duties include:
- Basic and mid-level IT Support for a variety of software and hardware environments
- Answering support phone calls
- Physically installing computers
- Potential for installing, updating, and monitoring servers
- Working closely with a small team of IT professionals
- Occasional afterhours work
- Infrequent travel is possible
