Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservations via multi-line phone systems, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Provide detailed information about our tours to assist guests in making informed decisions.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining excellent front desk operations.
- Maintain accurate reservation records.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat visits.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all guest areas.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest inquiries professionally.
- Ability to work weekends.
