Job Summary:
The Meet & Greet Professional is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression. This role involves greeting visitors, assisting with check-ins, providing information, and ensuring a smooth and positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests promptly with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Assist with guest check-in and registration processes
- Provide directions, event details, or general information as needed
- Answer questions and address guest concerns efficiently
- Maintain an organized and presentable reception or entry area
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth guest flow and experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or front desk experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
- Ability to remain calm, friendly, and professional under pressure or during busy times
- Basic computer or tablet skills (for check-in systems)
