Duties
- Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to ensure accurate stock levels and data entry.
- Assist with shipping logistics, including preparing shipments, packing orders, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery. Communicate with customers for the orders being shipped.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse.
- Conduct order picking and packing activities to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper packaging standards are met.
- Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating with logistics teams to optimize shipping & receiving operations.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade regulations when handling imported or exported goods.
- Use our internal systems or other inventory management tools to track shipments, update records, and generate reports.
- Perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and shipment documentation.
- Assist in stock replenishment activities through proper stocking procedures and inventory audits.
Skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and warehouse operations.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
- Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for reporting and documentation purposes.
- Knowledge using outlook for emails
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and order processing.
- Customer service skills to assist internal teams or external vendors effectively.
- Understanding of trade compliance standards and international trade regulations relevant to warehousing activities.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
