Key Responsibilities
- Support the creation and optimization of workflows and automation within a CRM system, helping streamline client communications and internal processes.
- Learn and implement marketing automation strategies to drive engagement and support lead-nurturing efforts.
- Write and edit email campaigns, text messages, mailers, digital ads, and other communication materials designed to drive action from target audiences.
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and aligns with campaign goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to create engaging, action-oriented content.
- Stay updated on marketing trends and support the implementation of new approaches.
- Help analyze performance data to inform future communications and improve results.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in communications, marketing, or related fields, with some familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
Skills:
- Basic understanding of CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with email campaigns, digital advertising, and social media platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing and communications.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and tools as needed.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn and develop new skills in marketing and communications.
