Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Property & Casualty Insurance License required within 90 days of hiring
Responsibilities ·
- Adhere to all agency operational policies/processes to ensure client satisfaction and delivery of quality service to manage and meet unique client needs.
- Set up and maintain accurate and complete client data in agency management system.
- Respond to client, producer, mortgage company and company underwriter requests in a timely, effective, and professional manner. ·
- Prepare quotes, explain coverage and make recommendations to ensure client/prospects understand coverage. ·
- Request endorsements and policy changes from the insurance company. ·
- Follow up on billing issues
- Collect new and renewal data on assigned accounts.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities on current clients.
- Stay informed of industry changes and product offerings. · Attend training and meetings held by the agency.
