Position Title: 1:1 Student Aide
Position Status: Full-time
Reports to: Danielle Czech, Director of Pupil Personnel Services
The Cairo-Durham CSD is seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to serve as 1:1 aides supporting students with special needs. These aides play a vital role in helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally by providing consistent and personalized support throughout the school day.
Minimum Qualifications
· High school graduate
· Experience working with students with disabilities preferred
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to follow plans and adapt to changing student needs
· Patience, compassion, and a student-centered mindset
