Cairn Psychotherapy Group is growing and seeking compassionate, New Jersey-licensed mental health clinicians to join our team.

Licensed Mental Health Clinicians at Cairn provide individualized mental health care within a collaborative outpatient practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Clinicians work as part of a supportive practice environment focused on thoughtful, client-centered care and evidence-based treatment tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
Experience working with children and adolescents is preferred.
- Active New Jersey licensure or credential as an LPC, LCSW, LCADC, LAC, or LSW
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clinicians and other care providers
- Experience working with children and adolescents
Cairn Psychotherapy Group provides compassionate, individualized therapy and medication management for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Our clinicians use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), when appropriate, while tailoring treatment to each client’s individual needs, circumstances, and goals.
Founded in 2019, Cairn serves clients in person at our Florham Park and Springfield, New Jersey offices, with telehealth services available across multiple states. Bilingual services are available in Spanish and Mandarin.
