Associate Advisor
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 Commission
Company Description
Cairn Wealth Advisors is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Servicing Advisor to provide dedicated support to two Senior Sales Advisors. This role is responsible for managing ongoing client service needs, facilitating account maintenance, preparing documentation, coordinating client review meetings, processing service requests, and ensuring timely and professional responses to client inquiries.
The Servicing Advisor will work collaboratively with the Sales Advisors to support existing client relationships, follow up on service-related action items, and assist with the operational and administrative functions necessary to deliver a high-quality client experience. This position plays a key role in maintaining service standards and enhancing overall team efficiency, enabling Sales Advisors to focus on client acquisition and strategic planning initiatives.
After completing a training period, the Servicing Advisor will be responsible for 401k educational meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, insurance, banking, or a client service role preferred
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to obtain Series 65 and Life & Health insurance licenses within a specified timeframe after hire
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to providing a high level of client service
- Some local travel will be required
