About the Role
We’re seeking an Operations Manager to be the backbone of our growing team, specifically someone who excels at building structure, streamlining processes, and ensuring a fast-moving organization runs smoothly. You’ll own recruiting operations, internal workflows, and day-to-day logistics, enabling our team to focus on product development, research, and customer success.
This role is highly cross-functional, and you’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, design, and external partners.
Compensation Range
Base salary for this role typically ranges from $100K–$150k, depending on experience, seniority, and scope. We also offer meaningful early-stage equity & relocation assistance.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting & HR
- Manage recruiting pipelines and tools
- Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications.
- Own onboarding and offboarding workflows.
- Maintain employee records and accounts (i.e., Gusto).
Workflow & Process
- Develop and automate company-wide processes and integrations to streamline operations.
- Manage document organization and permissions (e.g., Google Drive).
- Oversee employee software accounts, licenses, and hardware orders.
Organization & Administration
- Schedule and coordinate internal/external meetings and events.
- Manage expense reports, vendor relationships, and cloud compute budgets.
- Handle office operations, including supplies, deliveries, catering, and mail.
Legal & Compliance
- Track and organize routine legal documents (e.g., NDAs).
- Ensure completion of mandatory employee training and compliance requirements.
Marketing & Events
- Support company marketing initiatives (e.g., social media scheduling).
- Coordinate internal team-building activities and external recruiting or hackathon events.
