We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-rounded team member to join our busy dog grooming and boarding facility. This is a versatile role where you’ll float between positions—Kennel technician as well as bathing and reception support in our grooming department. If you’re a self-starter with excellent animal handling skills, love working in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine passion for pets, we’d love to meet you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor and gentle handling of dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments
- Reliable, self-sufficient, and able to take initiative without constant supervision
- Comfortable using a computer and multi-line phone system to book appointments and assist clients
- Patient, kind, and truly loves working with animals
- Works well with a team and helps create a positive work environment
- Thrives in a busy atmosphere and able to multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule and available to work weekends and holidays (a must as boarding peak times are holidays and weekends)
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, check clients in and out, give tours, and book appointments and reservations
- Maintain accurate records in our computer system
- Support the team wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly
- Provide professional-quality baths, brushing, blow drying, ear cleaning, nail trims/filing, and express anal glands on request
- Walk, feed, medicate, and monitor our boarding guests
- Clean and sanitize all areas of the grooming and boarding facility, including yards and kennels
- Socialize dogs in playgroups and ensure their safety

Requirements:
- Must have availability to work hours between 7am - 6pm, Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent people skills and customer service
- Punctual and dependable
- High attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
- Must provide resume, job history, references, availability, and start date
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
