The Estate Planning Funding Coordinator supports clients through the funding and trust administration process related to estate planning and trust implementation. This position is responsible for coordinating asset transfers, preparing funding documentation, communicating with clients and professional advisors, tracking verification processes, and assisting with trust administration activities.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a professional legal and financial environment. This is a full-time, in-office position, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm weekly.
Salary : $25 - $32
