Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$150,000 per year

What You'll Be Doing
This is a hands-on diagnostic and repair position, not a basic maintenance role.
You will be expected to:
- Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, and vehicle system problems
- Perform repairs accurately and efficiently
- Handle challenging diagnostic and repair work
- Follow a job from diagnosis through completed repair
- Communicate clearly with service advisors
- Document findings and recommendations professionally
- Verify repairs before returning vehicles to customers
- Maintain quality, safety, cleanliness, and organization in your work area
- Manage your time and workload without constant supervision
- Assist or mentor less-experienced technicians when needed
Who We're Looking For
This position is for an experienced professional technician who can work independently.
You should have:
- 5 years of verifiable professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- The ability to diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts until something works
- Strong electrical and drivability skills
- PA State Inspection & Emissions License
- Valid driver's license
- Your own basic hand tools
- Good communication and documentation habits
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Pride in the quality of your work
- The ability to stay productive without constant direction
Most importantly, you need to be someone we can hand a vehicle and a repair order to and trust that you'll take ownership of the job.
