Job Description
We are looking for a Print Shop Finishing Specialist to support our client organization's production printing schedule and meet daily service goals for mail insertion and distribution whilst maintaining strict adherence to protecting consumer Protected Health Information (PHI). This position will be Contract-to-Hire and Onsite.
Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.
What You’ll Do
Follow-learned training techniques to meet strict guidelines in Quality, Accuracy, and Timeliness to ensure multiple daily product deliveries are met.
Consistently address and escalate issues impacting Quality, Accuracy, and Timeliness with senior staff or the Team Manager.
Align core behavior competencies with the business code of conduct, working effectively and respectfully with co-workers and business partners at all times.
What You'll Need
Required:
High School Diploma / GED
0-1 years of print to mail experience or production manufacturing, including inventory control , large equipment maintenance , retail warehousing, customer service-oriented jobs
Proficient using MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Willingness to drive work to completion and escalate when necessary
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Solid interpersonal skills, ability to work on a team
Preferred:
Previous mail room experience
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift 25-50lbs regularly
The pay range for this position is up to $20.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave as provided by applicable law.
