Cai’s Cafe is looking for friendly, reliable baristas to join our team!
We are currently hiring for both weekday daytime and afternoon/closing shifts. Flexible scheduling is available, and weekend availability is a plus.
Current shifts we are looking to fill include:
● Weekday morning shifts
● Weekday mid-day shifts
● Daytime availability generally between 7 AM–5 PM
● Afternoon/closing shifts: 1 PM–7 PM or 3 PM–7 PM
● Weekend availability is a plus
● Flexible scheduling available
What you’ll do:
● Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, teas and other café beverages
● Take customer orders and provide friendly, efficient service
● Prepare and serve café food items
● Keep the café, counter and work areas clean and organized
● Restock throughout your shift
● Complete opening or closing responsibilities depending on your shift
● Work as part of a fast-paced, supportive team
We’re looking for someone who is:
● Dependable and punctual
● Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
● Able to multitask and work efficiently during busy periods
● Willing to learn
● Comfortable working independently when needed
● A team player with a positive attitude
Previous barista or food-service experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
