Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Specialist based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and execute online marketing campaigns, analyze web performance metrics, and drive brand visibility through digital channels. Daily tasks include creating and optimizing social media content, implementing strategies for lead generation, and monitoring analytics to ensure campaign effectiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company goals is also a key responsibility of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Online Marketing
- Experience in Digital Marketing and expertise in using Web Analytics tools
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences
- Analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a hybrid working environment
