We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team! We are seeking someone who is willing to travel through the US and able to start quickly. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Previous experience with construction
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
- High School Diploma and related experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
