Maintenance Technician - 388 Madison Reynoldstown

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the property safe, clean, and in good working condition. This hands-on role performs routine maintenance, repairs, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance while responding to resident service requests in a timely manner.

A typical day includes responding to resident work orders, preparing apartments for new move-ins, inspecting the property, completing maintenance tasks, and working with vendors when needed. The role requires flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle unexpected repairs while providing excellent service to residents. The position also participates in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.

• Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand work orders, maintenance instructions, and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required.
• Ability to successfully complete required training and certifications as applicable.
