We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Car Sales Representative to join our growing team in Selma, AL. If you love helping people, have a passion for cars, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM, Sat: 9AM-4PM, Sun: CLOSED
-All applicants must have weekend availability.
-All applicants must have a valid driver's license
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling and outbound sales efforts to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate inventory management to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and providing solutions promptly.
- Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations to promote products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales initiatives and improve overall performance.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to foster positive communication with clients and enhance their experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in customer service, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and effective inventory management techniques is an asset.
- Proven skills in cold calling, outbound sales, and maintaining a professional demeanor during client interactions.
- Excellent public speaking abilities that can engage an audience and convey information clearly.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment while striving for personal and team success.
