  • Communicate treatment plans, timelines, and expectations clearly with patients and parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and records in compliance with state and practice standards
  • Monitor treatment progress and adjust orthodontic appliances as needed
  • Uphold the practice's reputation for a warm, gentle, kid-friendly patient experience

  • Alabama specialty registration/certification in orthodontics (as required by the Alabama Board of Dental Examiners)

Experience & Skills

  • Prior orthodontic experience preferred; new graduates with strong pediatric orthodontic training will also be considered

  • Excellent chairside manner with children and the ability to build trust with young patients and their families
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with a multidisciplinary dental team
  • Comfort working with digital treatment planning and imaging software
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume pediatric setting

What We Offer
