Job Summary
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Tire & Lube Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance and tire services including tire repairs, changes, balancing, rotations, and TPMS procedures. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform vehicle oil, filter, and lubrication services
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Rotate, mount, balance, and repair tires
- Inspect and adjust tire pressure and tread depth
- Check and top off fluids: engine oil, brake fluid, transmission, differential, coolant, and windshield washer
- Replace engine and cabin air filters
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and service procedures
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational training; or a minimum of 6 months of experience as a tire technician
- Some experience with basic vehicle maintenance and tire services
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work efficiently
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness to assist team members with other tasks as needed to support shop operations
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
- Ability to occasionally interact with customers and provide information in a clear and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
