We are looking for an experienced leader capable of managing multiple complex insurance and retail construction projects while delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining profitability, and holding everyone on the project accountable.
This position is for someone who already knows how to run projects—not someone looking to learn the industry.
If you've successfully managed restoration projects, built strong subcontractor relationships, understand how to keep projects moving under pressure, and take ownership of every aspect of a job, we want to talk.
What You'll Be Responsible For
You will own each project from the day reconstruction begins until the customer is completely satisfied.
Responsibilities include:

- Holding subcontractors and field personnel accountable for quality, schedules, and workmanship
- Identifying and resolving project issues before they become customer problems
- Maintaining excellent communication with customers throughout the life of every project
- Reviewing scopes of work and identifying opportunities for supplements and change orders
- Conducting quality control inspections throughout production
- Managing project documentation and ensuring files remain organized and complete
- Performing final walkthroughs and delivering an exceptional finished product
- Managing warranty items when necessary
- Taking complete ownership of every project under your supervision

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with a restoration contractor
