Job Summary:
We are seeking a Management Analyst to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support the Department of War with workforce planning and senior leadership staffing. This position will require travel (approximately 25% of time).

Qualifications:
- 10 years supporting executive level leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
