Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Army Senior Intelligence SME to provide support to the Directorate of Strategy & Transformation (DAMI-ST) under the Army Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2 (DCS, G-2).
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Army G-2 leadership on the execution of intelligence modernization funding during the transition to the Warfighting Acquisition Program.
- Provide analysis, studies, and reports on sustainable funding pathways for major intelligence acquisition efforts within the Warfighting Acquisition Program transition.
- Serve as a liaison across Army Staff (ARSTAF) elements to coordinate Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) actions related to intelligence modernization programming.
- Deliver subject matter expertise, analysis, studies, and reports on Warfighting Acquisition Program impacts to Army G-8 Force Development Intelligence (FDI) and support DAMI-ST interactions within the Command and Control (C2)/Counter-C2 PAE portfolio.
- Develop funding and acquisition concepts in coordination with the Army intelligence modernization enterprise, joint partners, and the acquisition community to support emerging intelligence and electronic warfare modernization efforts.
- Provide subject matter expertise, analysis, and studies on the impacts of modernization initiatives on Military Intelligence force structure.
- Support Government leadership in integrating technology modernization initiatives to build new capabilities leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Provide senior-level expertise across the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
- Apply INSCOM G-8 experience and prior modernization expertise to align resources with evolving Army intelligence requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of professional experience solving intelligence and national security challenges.
- Advanced degree (masters) in national security or strategic studies preferably from a US Military War College.
- Pentagon, Joint Staff, ARSTAF and/or Army Service Component Command (ASCC) experience providing decision support to senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of the Intelligence Community with experience integrating intelligence into organizations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings.
- Experience collaborating with joint, interagency, and multinational partners to support strategic and operational planning.
- Requires eligibility for a TS/SCI clearance
