Role DescriptionThis is a Part-time Accountant/Accounting Assistant position which could turn into a possible full-time roll. The position will be hybrid, work from home and in office when needed. We are located in Strongsville, OH. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily accounting functions, including posting of transactions, journal entries, bank Rec's, bi-weekly payroll and handling bookkeeping tasks.
- QualificationsExcel Experience is a must
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Software and basic computing skills
- Knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Strong Bookkeeping skills, including maintaining records and reconciling accounts
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in an accounting or tax service environment is a plus
